Coaching Services Agreement
This agreement is made between Author Tinu, a confidence coach (hereinafter referred to as “Coach”), and the undersigned client (hereinafter referred to as “Client”).
1. Coaching Services
The Coach agrees to provide confidence coaching services to the Client. These services are aimed at helping the Client build confidence, overcome adversity, and achieve personal growth. These services are not a substitute for therapy, counselling, or medical advice.
2. Payment Terms
The following fees apply to all coaching services:
£8.99 per call (this fee is compulsory for every call)
£150 for 1 Hour Session
£350 for 2.3 Hour Session
£655 for 3-Day Coaching Package
3. Custom Payment Plan Options
Please tick the payment option you would like to choose for the coaching services.
(£8.99 per call is compulsory and must be paid for each call)
Option A: Full Payment Upfront for 1-Hour Session
☐ I agree to pay the full amount of £150 upfront for the 1-Hour Coaching Session.
Option B: Full Payment Upfront for 2.3-Hour or 3-Day Coaching Package
☐ I agree to pay the full amount of £350 for the 2.3-Hour Coaching Session or £655 for the 3-Day Coaching Package upfront.
Option C: Instalment Payments
☐ I prefer to pay in instalments for the 2.3-Hour Coaching Session or 3-Day Coaching Package:
For the 2.3-Hour Session, I agree to pay £175 upfront, and the balance of £175 before the session.
For the 3-Day Coaching Package, I agree to pay £327 upfront and the balance of £328 before the first session.
Option D: Custom Payment Plan for Low Income
☐ I would like to arrange a custom payment plan due to my financial circumstances. The terms of the payment plan (including amounts and dates) will be agreed upon with the Coach before the first session.
4. Confidentiality
The Coach agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding all personal information and session discussions. Disclosure will only occur in cases where:
The Client gives written consent, or
There is a legal obligation to report (e.g., risk of harm to the Client or others).
5. Scheduling and Cancellations
Sessions must be scheduled in advance.
48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late arrivals will result in shortened sessions, and no-shows will be charged the full session fee.
6. Termination of Services
Either the Coach or Client may terminate the agreement with written notice. Prepaid sessions will be refunded according to the terms outlined in this agreement.
7. Legal Compliance
This agreement complies with relevant laws and ethical standards. Both parties agree to adhere to the terms outlined in this agreement.
8. Customization
The Client and Coach can discuss and customize the services, payment plans, and terms according to the Client’s needs. This agreement is intended to be flexible and mutually understood.
